That means we're never out of stock, your fabric is never discontinued, and you're able to have a fabric that fits your decor instead of having to build your decor around existing fabrics and colorways. Abbey Custom Textiles is uniquely qualified to assist you in creating your own custom fabric design. Our team has expertise not only in fabric design, but also in furniture design and construction. This means your fabric design will be a perfect fit--it will fit your own tastes and values; it also will fit your furniture stylistically and in terms of construction. Our unique perspective, grounded in both furniture and fabric, gives us an artist's eye toward color and materials and a strong sense of space and form. We are artists, we are designers, and we are here to make your soft furnishings truly yours.

ZERO WASTE

COMPONENT PRINTING

Abbey Custom Textiles is rewriting the rules of how upholstery fabric is printed and sold. By printing only the component pieces of your chair or sofa fabric, we omit the normal waste produced when cutting the out the fabric pieces. If we print only your fabric components, then...VOILA!..little to no waste. This means you will need to purchase less fabric than you would with traditionally printed textiles, plus we will be reducing the amount of surplus fabric added to the waste stream. Near zero waste upholstery fabric is our reality right now--zero waste is our goal. We believe creative designs are the result of meaningful dialogue and trust between the designer and client. In every project, we strive to fully understand our clients’ needs and apply their feedback and ideas into our designs. We do, however, use our expertise to ensure that the end result is as professional as possible. Please contact us with any questions prior to ordering.

To Order Our PRE-DESIGNED Fabrics or Pillows

Go to our SHOP page for access to our pre-designed images and choose your base fabric, print type, and print size. You may place your order online in our Shop (tab above) or order by phone. A sample packet of available ground fabrics is available.

To Order TRUE CUSTOM-PRINTED Fabrics

If none of our designs are suitable for you, please feel free to inquire about other public domain images, your own original artwork, vintage prints or photography. Please note that extra charges will apply to cover the cost of customizing and preparing your image for printing. See our Pricing Page for details.

Please use our contact form and provide a brief description of your project and your phonte number. A phone call is necessary so that we can discuss the particulars and make sure you receive a truly wonderful custom textile.

Approve

Within 2 business days, we will send a proof photo showing the approximate scale and appearance of your selected art piece on your fabric. We allow one revision at no charge--anything beyond a simple revision is billed at $75 per hour to cover the cost of paying our graphic design team.

We ship your completed item within 4 weeks of your approval date.
